Please inform Royal Mile Accommodation in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is no reception at this property. Check-in is self managed. Guests can collect their keys from the key box located at the check-in address. At check-out, guests are asked to lock the apartment door and post the keys through the letterbox of the apartment on departure. Only one parking permit per apartment is provided. This can be found inside the apartment. Loss of permit will incur a GBP 50 charge. Please contact the property before making the booking to confirm a parking space.
